Laval

The pretty city of Laval is located just 30 minutes from your Château de Vitré hotel.

Between Normandy and Anjou, Laval has been labeled "City of Art and History" and is known for its magnificent castle which is reflected in the waters of the Mayenne river. The Old Castle, which dates from the 11th century, now houses the Museum of Naive Art.
